HR Advisor -Offshore bij TenneT in Arnhem, 40 uur per week. De opdracht start op 1 december en loopt 11 maanden, zonder optie tot verlenging. Je adviseert managers en medewerkers binnen de Offshore-divisie over uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken en helpt HR-beleid, processen en people-initiatieven consistent uit te voeren, met aandacht voor organisatie-effectiviteit en talentontwikkeling.

Functie
TenneT is building the electricity grid of tomorrow. As an HR Advisor, you play a crucial role in enabling a future-proof energy supply. Through your HR expertise, you directly contribute to the success of the Offshore business by supporting managers and employees, strengthening organizational effectiveness, and helping deliver the talent and capabilities needed for the energy transition.
Within the HR unit, you will support the HR Offshore Division, one of TenneT's fastest-growing business areas. The Offshore division is responsible for developing, realizing, and operating critical offshore grid infrastructure that connects offshore wind farms to the electricity network.
The team's activities directly contribute to TenneT's strategic ambitions and the acceleration of the energy transition.
Profiel
As an HR Advisor, you support managers and employees in the Offshore division on a broad range of HR topics. You help ensure HR policies, processes, and people initiatives are implemented effectively and consistently, contributing to organizational effectiveness and the development of talent and capabilities.
You will work closely with stakeholders across Human Resources, Offshore Operations, Project Delivery, Engineering, and Corporate Functions, regularly engaging with managers and employees throughout the organization.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in an HR advisory role within an international organization.
- Proven experience advising managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee lifecycle processes, performance management, and absence management.
- Experience contributing to HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Strong organizational awareness, integrity, and professionalism.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
- A team-oriented, flexible, and detail-oriented approach.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to challenge and advise constructively.
