Functie

For the Industrialisation & AIT department, we are looking for a Work Preparer . In this role, you will ensure the integrated planning of activities within the AIT department, including personnel and facility allocation for assigned orders.

You will prepare projects by coordinating the required materials, tools, equipment, logistics and work instructions before production and integration activities begin. You will also monitor planning progress, identify bottlenecks and contribute to continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives.

Profiel

You are an organized and analytical professional who enjoys planning, coordinating and improving processes in a technical production environment. You communicate effectively with different stakeholders and take initiative to ensure that activities are prepared and executed efficiently.

You report hierarchically to the Head of AIT and work operationally with AIT Managers and Team Leaders. You collaborate closely with colleagues from Production, Engineering, PMO, Procurement and Logistics.

  • Experience in work preparation, production planning, manufacturing or a comparable technical environment
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Analytical skills and the ability to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
  • A proactive, result-oriented and customer-focused approach
  • Experience with planning methodologies and administrative processes
  • Experience with MRP systems; SAP experience is an advantage
  • The ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills relating to machines, tools and hardware/software
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Good command of English; Dutch is an advantage

Eerlijk, transparant en snel betaald

Wij houden van eerlijk zakendoen. Onze marge is 10%, en die rekenen we bovenop het tarief dat jij wilt verdienen — niet eraf. Wat jij ziet, is wat jij krijgt. Je factureert zelf en wordt 30 dagen na goedkeuring van je uren betaald. Na de plaatsing staan we voor je klaar wanneer je ons nodig hebt.

Is je aanmelding compleet, dan bieden wij je vóór de sluitingsdatum aan bij de opdrachtgever en ontvang je daarvan een bevestiging. Bij plaatsing kom je in dienst bij onze verloningspartner voor de duur van de opdracht.

Eerlijk, transparant en met goede voorwaarden

Wij houden van eerlijk zakendoen. Bij detacheringsvacatures hanteren we een marge van 15% — laag, zoals je van ons gewend bent. Daar staat een compleet pakket tegenover: naast je salaris bouw je vakantiedagen op, ben je verzekerd bij ziekte en heb je recht op een transitievergoeding. Zo weet je precies waar je aan toe bent. En ook ná je plaatsing staan we voor je klaar wanneer je ons nodig hebt.
